Implementación de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de vinagre natural de manzana, claudia, mora y tomate de árbol en la provincia de Tungurahua en el año 2016-2017 (VINAGRO).

Abstract

The present project aims to meet the feasibility of creation of the company "VINAGRO” and generate added value through the transformation of fruits produced in the province of Tungurahua, as the claudia, apple, blackberry, tree tomato, which lack of transformation. For this reason this project is focused on the transformation of agricultural resources produced in large quantities, giving producers the possibility of selling the production considered waste on the stage after harvest and sale, to its state of maturity and conservation, but in a State suitable for processing in the industry. With the analysis and research made is determined that in the market local there is limited production of vinegar and the same is imported in large quantities and offered in the market Ecuadorian with attachments that allow enjoy the flavor to fruits in the vinegar, while the vinegar retrieved of fruits is offer in small amounts. Subsequent to the analysis economic and financial is determined that the project is feasible and generates profitability to the investor top to it granted by them entities financial to the get money with a rate passive bottom to it obtained to the invest in the present project.
