La gestión financiera y la liquidez en el Club Importadora Alvarado de la ciudad de Ambato

Abstract

The main objective is to analyze the financial management and its impact on the liquidity of the Club Importadora Alvarado, for which the problem was known through an exploratory analysis, then it was detailed through a descriptive analysis, and finally determined through a correlation analysis the incidence of the one variable with the other one. Information was collected through structured instruments, such as the survey of different members of the club, with different questions related to the financial aspect and their respective tabulations, analyzes and interpretations; in addition to the financial analysis of the annual statement of income, with its respective analysis and interpretation; the same ones that allowed to draw conclusions and recommendations, resulting in the fact that the financial management within the club is not managed correctly, leaving at the end of the annual sporting process, a deficit in liquidity. For this reason, corrective measures should be taken to improve financial management in the club, directing to elaborate a proposal for a financial management model in stages, with their respective processes and activities to be followed, individually detailed; which help the liquidity of the Club Importadora Alvarado and achieve the objectives proposed by the organization.
