Abstract

Natural fibers such as cotton, silk, linen, sisal, have gone through several processes of textile obtaining from the beginning of time, they have been used in clothing and other objects that serve as accessories and housework daily life. These fibers have become the protagonists since the beginning of the story, especially for use in clothing. In the present research it is based on the study of novel fibers that could be an alternative to replace oil and that would be a sustainable option for the future. They will be studied natural fibers that have already been analyzed by experts in textile engineering and has been earmarked for making clothing in recent times. For this project studies exploratory and descriptive where inquire into issues related to alternatives for the textile development which will help us define the research proposal fibers are used. The most representative results of this research show that the study and analysis of both plant and animal fibers are poor in our country, since innovative fibers within the textile sector is very limited for various reasons to be mentioned in the problem tree. Through research advances discover numerous plant species that live throughout the Andean region, especially in Ecuador and are an expectation for making clothing
