Resumen : The final research report has as its theme: "INSUFFICIENT INVESTMENT IN INFRASTRUCTURE AND IMPACT ON SHARE PERFORMANCE LEVELS OF CLINICAL Ambato Ambato, in 2014" This work was performed in order to investigate whether Ambato Clinic has sufficient investment in infrastructure and if the levels of profitability allow reinvest equity without having to ask the partners to recapitalize. It is trying to design a model of investment in infrastructure, assessing business needs to improve profitability and thus to increase its infrastructure to determine the outcome of the investigation techniques and research tools that allowed us to obtain qualitative and quantitative data reliable applied to through the survey, interview and consultation of employees and shareholders was found reliable data. The project involves applying a suitable mixed methodology to achieve a good relationship practice theoretically, trying to achieve qualitative and quantitative results after self diagnose the problem was proposed to invest in infrastructure through mortgage which will allow clinic without reinvesting shareholders recapitalize and only become joint debtors approving reinvestment. Descripción : El informe final de investigación tiene como tema: “ INSUFICIENTE INVERSIÓN EN LA INFRAESTRUCTURA Y LA INCIDENCIA EN LOS NIVELES DE RENTABILIDAD ACCIONARIA DE CLÍNICA AMBATO EN LA CIUDAD DE AMBATO, EN EL AÑO 2014” El presente trabajo se realizó con el objeto de investigar si Clínica Ambato cuenta con la suficiente inversión en infraestructura y si los niveles de rentabilidad accionaria permiten reinvertir sin tener que pedir a los socios que recapitalicen. Se tratara de diseñar un modelo de inversión en infraestructura, evaluando las necesidades empresariales para mejorar la rentabilidad y así poder incrementar su infraestructura, para determinar el resultado de la investigación se aplicó las técnicas e instrumentos de investigación que permitieron obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos fiables que a través de la encuesta, entrevista y la consulta a empleados y accionistas se encontró datos fiables. El este proyecto trata de aplicar una metodología mixta adecuada a fin de alcanzar una buena relación teórica- práctica, tratara de lograr resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos que después de diagnosticar la problemática se propuso auto invertir en infraestructura a través de crédito hipotecario el cual permitirá a clínica reinvertir sin que los accionistas recapitalicen y solo se conviertan en deudores solidarios aprobando la reinversión.
