| Resumen : | El presente estudio investigativo pretende dar a conocer el cumplimiento de los ESTÁNDARES DE CALIDAD EDUCATIVA mediante la gestión escolar los cuales permiten al estudiantado alcanzar los altos perfiles de egreso como lo menciona el sistema nacional de educación y estimando que los docentes contribuyen de manera significativa a la formación de los estudiantes; se planteó lo siguiente: analizar la gestión escolar y el estrés laboral en el equipo interdisciplinario de la Unidad Educativa “Joaquín Arias “del cantón Pelileo. Se empleó la siguiente metodología, se abordó una investigación cualitativa y cuantitativa; el nivel de investigación fue exploratoria y descriptiva; el diseño de investigación es no exploratorio de corte trasversal y su alcance territorial fue de campo. La técnica de recolección de información fue la encuesta en donde se empleó los siguientes instrumentos el manual para la implementación y evaluación de los estándares de calidad educativa que miden tres estándares de calidad en gestión escolar, gestión directiva profesional y gestión profesional docente y el cuestionario Maslach Burnout Inventory miden tres dimensiones cansancio emocional, despersonalización y realización personal, La población fue de 79 docentes y para la muestra estadística se utilizó el programa IBM SPSS obteniendo en el chi cuadrado los siguientes resultados en valores 8,680 con 3 grados de libertad y con una significancia del 0,05. Se determina que es mayor el chi cuadrado tabular (7,815) rechazando la hipótesis nula y aceptando la hipótesis alternativa. |
| Descripción : | The present research study aims to show compliance with the EDUCATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS through school management, which allow students to achieve the high exit profiles mentioned by the national education system, and considering that teachers contribute significantly to the training of students; the following was proposed: to analyse school management and work stress in the interdisciplinary team of the "Joaquin Arias" Educational Unit in the Pelileo canton. The following methodology was used: qualitative and quantitative research; the level of research was exploratory and descriptive; the research design was non-exploratory, cross-sectional and its territorial scope was field-based. The data collection technique was the survey in which the following instruments were used: the manual for the implementation and evaluation of educational quality standards that measure three quality standards in school management, professional management and professional teacher management and the Maslach Burnout Inventory questionnaire measuring three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalisation and personal fulfilment. The population was 79 teachers and for the statistical sample the IBM SPSS programme was used, obtaining the following results in the chi-square with values of 8.680 with 3 degrees of freedom and with a significance of 0.05. It is determined that the tabular chi-square (7.815) is greater, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis. |
