| Resumen : | El presente estudio se desarrolla en base al conocimiento de los problemas que acontece en los GAD’s parroquiales en consideración de que los vocales que lo conforman gran parte no tienen conocimientos de gestión administrativa pública y por ende se pone en duda su idoneidad para ocupar los cargos por los que fueron electos en consideración de que las activades que se ofertan en campaña al momento de ejecutarse la mayoría queda solo en ofrecimientos porque desconocen de procesos, procedimientos y reglamentaciones así como las restricciones, es por ello que es necesario conocer la relación entre la gestión administrativa y la competitividad en los GAD’s parroquiales, es así que se presente las opiniones referentes a los ámbitos de gestión y competitividad de quienes conforman la organización para así poder conocer el estado actual en el ámbito de la gestión y el cómo se mide la competitividad, para realizar este estudio se tomó en consideración las 17 parroquias rurales de la provincia de Pastaza con un total de 85 vocales, los resultados obtenidos del cuestionario fueron obtenidos mediante el uso de la herramienta Office Forms y procesados y analizados mediante el software SPSS; la prueba para la validación de la hipótesis se realizó mediante el coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y la prueba de Friedman en la que se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa en donde se afirma que la gestión administrativa incide en la competitividad de gobiernos autónomos descentralizados parroquiales rurales por lo que es necesario plantear una eficiente gestión para obtener los objetivos y metas planeadas en las planificaciones de los organismos, además se concluye que existe una relación positiva y fuerte entre las dos variables de estudio por lo que es necesario que todos los miembros de la organización tengan conocimientos del área de gestión puesto que se evidencia que no se tienen una eficiente gestión administrativa así como también como también que las actividades administrativas que realizan no permiten el seguimiento y evaluación de los planes del GAD parroquial. |
