| Resumen : | El presente estudio se realizó en la parroquia Picaihua ubicado en la ciudad de Ambato Provincia de Tungurahua. Este proyecto consiste en determinar la factibilidad de implementar un proyecto de turismo comunitario y atraer a turistas con actividades y la cultura de la zona. Mediante este proyecto se busca plantear la factibilidad de crear una pyme (Pequeñas y medianas Empresas) como negocio que tenga la capacidad de atraer a turistas y se convierta en una fuente de empleo, aportando en diferentes sectores de la sociedad, al facilitar el progreso y aportar con fuentes de empleo. Utilizando una encuesta y el estudio de mercado, así como la oferta la demanda, fortalezas oportunidades y amenazas pudimos ver las oportunidades y riesgos que tendrá el proyecto al momento de su ejecución. Al realizar el Estudio de Mercado se demuestra la existencia de un mercado potencial insatisfecho que puede ser captado a través de un adecuado esfuerzo, donde se lleven a cabo estrategias publicitarias que garanticen el éxito del proyecto. Esto conlleva a que a través del estudio técnico se pueda determinar el tamaño del proyecto y la infraestructura requerida para la operación del mismo, de tal manera que se pueda satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. La inversión del proyecto está plenamente justificada, así lo demuestra el estudio financiero realizado donde se logró garantizar la rentabilidad. La creación del centro agroturístico recreacional será en la parroquia Picaihua dado que las características de la zona permiten combinar el turismo tradicional con el turismo rural. El proyecto se busca atraer fuentes de empleo, aportando en diferentes sectores de la sociedad, al facilitar el progreso y desarrollo de la Parroquia Picaihua de la ciudad de Ambato. |
| Descripción : | The present study was carried out in the Picaihua parish located in the city of Ambato, Tungurahua province. This project consists of determining the feasibility of implementing a community tourism project and attracting tourists with activities and the culture of the area. This project seeks to raise the feasibility of creating an SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) as a business that has the ability to attract tourists and become a source of employment, contributing to different sectors of society, by facilitating progress and provide sources of employment. Using a survey and market study as well as supply, demand, strengths, opportunities and threats, we were able to see the opportunities and risks that the project will have at the time of its execution. The entire study is supported by theoretical and scientific bases which facilitated the fulfillment of the stated objectives, in each chapter that supports the research carried out.When carrying out the Market Study, the existence of an unsatisfied potential market is demonstrated that can be captured through an adequate effort, where advertising strategies are carried out that guarantee the success of the project. This means that, through the technical study, the size of the project and the infrastructure required for its operation can be determined, in such a way that the needs of the clients can be met. The investment of the project is fully justified, as shown by the financial study carried out where it was possible to guarantee profitability. The creation of the recreational agro-tourism center will be in the Picaihua parish since the characteristics of the area allow combining traditional tourism with rural tourism. The project seeks to attract sources of employment, contributing to different sectors of society, by facilitating the progress and development of the Picaihua Parish in the city of Ambato |
