| Resumen : | El siguiente Trabajo de Integración Curricular se enfoca en el estudio de “Primeros auxilios y el rol del docente ante emergencias en el nivel inicial” ajustándose a la línea de investigación de comportamiento social y educativo. El tema aborda las situaciones más comunes por los docentes de educación inicial viven al momento de suscitarse un accidente. En la actualidad los docentes tienen poco conocimiento en el área de primeros auxilios siendo estos prioritarios dentro del ámbito educativo por lo que el objetivo del tema es analizar la importancia de los primeros auxilios en la preparación del docente ante emergencias del nivel inicial; este surge de un paradigma constructivista como construcción y análisis de conocimiento por lo que cuenta con un enfoque cualitativo permitiendo analizar y explicar de una forma natural dándose una investigación básica o pura. Se complementa con un alcance descriptivo y un diseño de investigación-acción con el fin de cumplir los objetivos del tema. Para la recolección de datos se usó la técnica de entrevista, con un guion de entrevista estructurada que fue aplicada a las docentes del nivel inicial de la Unidad Educativa”17 de Abril” previo a la validación por expertos lo que ayudó a recabar datos del conocimiento del personal docente, la técnica de observación con un registro anecdótico de los accidentes ocurridos durante el año lectivo; lo cual demostrará el nivel de conocimiento de primeros auxilios con el que cuentan las docentes del nivel inicial, posteriormente se plantean conclusiones y recomendaciones de acuerdo con los objetivos específicos |
| Descripción : | The following Curriculum Integration Work focuses on the study of "First aid and the role of the teacher in emergencies at the initial level" adjusting to the line of research of social and educational behavior. The theme addresses the most common situations that early education teachers experience at the time of an accident. At present, teachers have little knowledge in the area of first aid, these being a priority within the educational field, so the objective of the topic is to analyze the importance of first aid in the teacher's preparation for emergencies at the initial level; This arises from a constructivist paradigm such as construction and analysis of knowledge, so it has a qualitative approach allowing analysis and explanation in a natural way, giving a basic or pure investigation. It is complemented with a descriptive scope and an action- research design in order to meet the objectives of the topic. For data collection, the interview technique was used, with a structured interview script that was applied to the teachers of the initial level of the Educational Unit "April 17" prior to validation by experts, which helped to collect knowledge data. of the teaching staff, the observation technique with an anecdotal record of the accidents that occurred during the school year; which will demonstrate the level of knowledge of first aid that the teachers of the initial level have, later conclusions and recommendations are proposed according to the specific objectives |
