| Resumen : | El presente trabajo elaborado con el tema: “Efectos de la educación online en el desarrollo de la empatía entre pares del Nivel Inicial” se centró en analizar los efectos de la educación online en el desarrollo de la empatía entre pares del Nivel Inicial, debido a la pandemia (COVID-19) se enfoca en conocer y observar cómo se viene desarrollando la empatía entre los niños puesto que el único medio ha sido la tecnología y al retornar a clases que tan difícil fue sentir ese afecto, se enmarcó en la línea de investigación comportamiento social y educativo, también se realizó una búsqueda profunda, la cual se basó en diferentes fuentes bibliografías, libros, revistas, artículos, para la construcción de antecedentes y marco teórico del primer objetivo específico planteado para obtener una información amplia y confiable. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron, ficha de observación, la misma que fue dirigida a niños y niñas Nivel Inicial, conjuntamente con una entrevista a las 3 docentes que fue elaborado de un guion de 10 preguntas abiertas, la cual fue validada por expertos, intervino un enfoque cualitativo el mismo que ayudó en la recolección de datos sin medición numérica para concretar las preguntas, tener claro el proceso de interpretación; un análisis descriptivo que permitió interpretar la información seguido de un tipo de investigación básica para incrementar los conocimientos científicos sin aspectos prácticos, con una diseño fenomenológico pues permitirá conocer la realidad desde un punto de vista de los participantes, de esta manera se procede a interpretar la información mediante la triangulación de datos en donde se ha podido evidenciar las diferentes estrategias que la docente realizó para captar atención y generar empatía en el grupo a través de juegos, baile música. Al término del proyecto se ha podido evidenciar que la empatía conecta emocionalmente unos con otros, ayuda a comprender, a desarrollar habilidades sociales, ser justos y respetar las opiniones, lo cual contribuye interacción social afectiva y amorosa en ellos |
| Descripción : | The present work elaborated with the theme: "Effects of online education in the development of empathy among peers of the Initial Level" focused on analyzing the effects of online education in the development of empathy between peers of the Initial Level, due to the pandemic (COVID-19) focuses on knowing and observing how empathy has been developing among children since the only means has been the technology and when returning to classes how difficult it was to feel that affection, It was framed in the research line of social and educational behavior, also a deep search was carried out, which was based on different bibliographic sources, books, magazines, articles, for the construction of background and theoretical framework of the first specific objective raised to obtain a wide and reliable information. The instruments used were an observation form, which was directed to children at the early childhood level, together with an interview with the three teachers, which was elaborated from a script of 10 open questions, which was validated by experts, a qualitative approach was used, which helped in the collection of data without numerical measurement to specify the questions, to be clear about the process of interpretation; A descriptive analysis that allowed interpreting the information followed by a basic type of research to increase scientific knowledge without practical aspects, with a phenomenological design that will allow knowing the reality from the point of view of the participants, thus proceeding to interpret the information through the triangulation of data where it has been possible to demonstrate the different strategies that the teacher made to capture attention and generate empathy in the group through games, dance, music. At the end of the project, it has been possible to show that empathy connects emotionally with each other, helps to understand, to develop social skills, to be fair and respect opinions, which contributes to affective and loving social interaction in them |
