| Resumen : | El objetivo principal del siguiente Análisis de Caso es conocer el impacto ocasionado por la emergencia sanitaria en la Constructora Vargas Soria Cía. Ltda. y las principales medidas adoptadas por la constructora para enfrentar la pandemia. Por lo tanto se realizaron entrevistas y fichas de observación. Se concluye que gracias a las medidas implantadas y desarrolladas en la constructora, lo cual se obtuvo mediante una entrevista presencial, durante la pandemia han sido cruciales para que la organización siga en marcha, entre estas se encuentran el recorte de personal y al obedecer las reformas laborales. Así también, el método de financiación entre los mismos socios de la compañía, evitando así los altos intereses y el tratamiento de la propiedad, planta y equipo ya sea la enajenación o el mantenimiento de los mismos, esto debido a que en la compañía existe una gran cantidad de maquinarias. Por otro lado mediante fichas de observación se realizó un análisis de los costos operativos y sus alteraciones en comparación al periodo antes de la pandemia y durante la pandemia obteniendo variaciones significativas. También se obtuvo un análisis de las cuentas de ingresos y utilidades en relación a cinco años, donde de igual manera existen saldos muy considerables sobre el impacto que ha ocasionado la emergencia sanitaria a la Constructora Vargas Soria Cía. | Descripción : | The main objective of the following Case Analysis is to know what has been the impact caused by the health emergency in Constructora Vargas Soria Cía. Ltda. and what have been the main measures adopted by the construction company to face the pandemic. Therefore, interviews and observation records were carried out. It is concluded that thanks to the measures implemented and developed in the construction company, which was obtained through a face-to-face interview, during the pandemic they have been crucial for the organization to continue running, among these are the reduction of personnel and obeying the reforms labor. As well as the method of financing between the same partners of the company, thus avoiding high interest rates and the treatment of property, plant and equipment, whether they are sold or maintained, due to the fact that in the company there is a lot of machinery. On the other hand, through observation sheets, an analysis of the operating costs and their alterations was carried out compared to the period before the pandemic and during the pandemic, obtaining significant variations. An analysis of the income and profit or loss accounts was also obtained. in relation to five years, where in the same way there are very considerable balances on the impact that the health emergency has caused to Constructora Vargas Soria Cía. Ltd. |
