| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene un enfoque social- colectivo, el mismo que se desarrolló con el objetivo de analizar el perfil de los dirigentes deportivos y su incidencia en los procesos de las organizaciones deportivas, el procedimiento fue establecer el perfil más adecuado que permita tener dirigentes capaces de planificar, controlar y evaluar los procesos deportivos. Con una adecuada administración y gestión deportiva se logrará determinar un perfil dirigencial idóneo que cumpla con los requisitos de ley permitiendo lograr mejores resultados administrativos y deportivos. Siendo este siglo la época del profesionalismo y la especialidad, que de acuerdo al tema de investigación, la administración deportiva, se consideran esenciales para el desarrollo del deporte en todo el mundo. Quizá la dirigencia deportiva impartida en el pasado tuvo éxito, no obstante, en un intento de mejorar el nivel de preparación de los dirigentes deportivos, nos vemos en la necesidad de crear ciertos parámetros y perfiles ideales del dirigente, así mismo tratando de dar alternativas para la solución de problemas que tiene nuestro deporte a nivel nacional y así proyectarnos a nivel internacional, ya que los resultados actuales no han sido los mejores. El presente trabajo se ha elaborado con la experiencia adquirida durante el proceso de formación, así como también con la investigación y datos recopilados de quienes hacen el deporte, entrenadores, deportistas, dirigentes y personal vinculado al mismo durante el proceso de investigación. Es de esperar que esta investigación incremente el nivel de preparación y capacidad tanto del dirigente como del deporte, pensando que darán aún mejores resultados. Es necesario darnos cuenta de la necesidad de capacitar y profesionalizar al dirigente deportivo, tomando en cuenta que no solo debe ser un voluntario para ayudar por ayudar, sino que debe ser un profesional con conocimiento de causa, aportando nuestra colaboración al sugerir nuevas estrategias y alternativas, para ir de la mano con la tendencia moderna |
| Descripción : | This research has a social-collective approach, the same one that was developed with the aim of analyzing the profile of sports leaders and their impact on the processes of sports organizations, the procedure was to establish the most appropriate profile that allows capable leaders to plan, control and evaluate sports processes. With adequate sports administration and management, it will be possible to determine an ideal leadership profile that meets the requirements of the law, allowing for better administrative and sports results. This century being the era of professionalism and specialty, which according to the research topic, sports administration, are considered essential for the development of sport throughout the world. Perhaps the sports leadership taught in the past was successful, however, in an attempt to improve the level of preparation of sports leaders, we find ourselves in the need to create certain parameters and ideal profiles of the leader, also trying to provide alternatives for the solution of problems that our sport has at the national level and thus project ourselves internationally, since the current results have not been the best. This work has been prepared with the experience acquired during the training process, as well as with the research and data collected during the research process. It is expected that this research will increase the level of preparation and capacity of both the leader and the sport, thinking that they will give even better results. It is necessary to realize the need to train and professionalize the sports leader, taking into account that he must not only be a volunteer to help by helping, but he must be a professional with knowledge of the cause, contributing our collaboration by suggesting new strategies and alternatives , to go hand in hand with the modern trend |
