Descripción : The purpose of this research work is to analyze the contribution of methodological strategies for the production of literary texts at the baccalaureate level. It was found that the students were unaware of methodological strategies for writing texts, since they had certain characteristics; the structure was meaningless, the message was unclear, his imagination was limited, most of the text was highly ambiguous, and the repetition of words thus falling into redundancy. Faced with this reality, methodological strategies such as those of Ana Teberosky, the alphabetical code of the Ministry of Education, the gamification of Andrés Gallego, the composition written by Rosa Figueroa and José Pérez, the writing and evaluation methodology of Óscar García, all of them for the writing of literary narrative texts; The structure and content of each of the methodologies were analyzed to find out if they would favor the production of literary texts in order to improve the student's writing. The methodology applied for the research was quantitative, this allowed data to be collected and analyzed with the help of descriptive statistics. The results respond to the limited use of methodological strategies by teachers and the use of traditional strategies for textual production, which limit the development of imagination in students and is not very stimulating for their application; the writing of the students but without knowledge of strategies that allow to have a logical structure for the writing of literary texts and the interest of the students to apply gamification strategies which will help to awaken their interest. Finally, it is concluded that of the investigated strategies, gamification itself is attractive, which includes technology as a means of learning, which was chosen by the students due to the context in which they operate
