| Resumen : | Se considera ausentismo laboral, a la inasistencia de un servidor a su puesto de trabajo sea esto por causas de carácter sociológico, demográfico, psicológico, fisiológico o pedagógico, justificadas o injustificadas, que afecta el cumplimiento de objetivos institucionales y dentro de este campo de estudio con afectación en la educación que reciben los dicentes en formación académica. La presente investigación tiene el propósito de dar a conocer si los factores sociodemográficos están asociados al ausentismo laboral del personal docente en las instituciones educativas fiscales de la Dirección Distrital 18D04 Patate San Pedro de Pelileo. La investigación se aplica a una muestra representativa del personal docente que independientemente de la dependencia contractual, género, edad o el tiempo de servicio que llevan en el Ministerio de Educación, forman parte de él, siendo un número exacto de 257 servidores seleccionados de manera aleatoria de 45 instituciones educativas fiscales. Para el logro de objetivos se desarrolló un estudio de tipo explicativa y descriptiva con una asociación de variables, que permitió medir el grado de relación que existe entre las variables de estudio. La recolección de la información se realizó a través de la aplicación de una herramienta de escalamiento tipo Likert, diseñada y elaborada con el fin de medir los factores sociodemográficos y determinar el ausentismo laboral de los docentes de las instituciones educativas fiscales, además se utilizó una base de datos de ausentismo laboral de las instituciones educativas que permitió determinar el índice de ausentismo laboral. Los principales resultados permiten afirmar que los factores sociodemográficos no están asociados al ausentismo laboral de los docentes de las instituciones educativas fiscales; sin embargo, hay evidencia estadística que permite afirmar que el factor nivel de instrucción, está asociado a los atrasos laborales y al promedio de los mismos |
| Descripción : | It is considered work absenteeism, the absence of a server to his job is this for reasons of sociological, demographic, psychological, physiological or pedagogical, justified or unjustified, which affects the fulfillment of institutional objectives and within this field of study with affectation in the education that the respondents receive in academic formation. The present investigation has the purpose of making known if the sociodemographic factors are associated to the absenteeism of the teaching staff in the fiscal educational institutions of the District Directorate 18D04 Patate San Pedro de Pelileo; The research is applied to a representative sample of the teaching staff that independently of the contractual dependence, gender, age or the time of service that they have been in the Ministry of Education, are part of it, being an exact number of 257 servers randomly selected of 45 fiscal educational institutions. To achieve objectives, an explanatory, descriptive and correlational study was developed, which allowed measuring the degree of relationship between the study variables. The information was collected through the application of a Likert-type scaling tool, designed and developed in order to measure sociodemographic factors and determine the absenteeism of teachers of fiscal educational institutions, in addition a base was used of absenteeism data from educational institutions that allowed to determine the rate of absenteeism. The main results allow us to affirm that sociodemographic factors are not associated with the absenteeism of teachers of fiscal educational institutions; However, there is statistical evidence that allows us to affirm that the level of education factor is associated with labor delays and their average. |
