| Resumen : | Los sistemas de seguridad en las industrias es un tema que requiere mayor atención, por observación directa en la actualidad las empresas en especial las empresas fabricantes Jean de Pelileo cuentan con sistemas de seguridad tradicionales, desconocen la aparición de nuevas tecnologías que permiten tener un valor agregado. Por tal motivo, el presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo analizar el control de seguridad interna empresarial basado en internet de las cosas en las empresas fabricantes de Jean del cantón Pelileo de la provincia de Tungurahua. La metodología utilizada fueron métodos teóricos y empíricos, donde se partió de lo general a lo especifico, a la vez también se revisó el proceso histórico de las variables en estudio mediante una investigación bibliográfica, de campo y por observación directa, para obtener el diagnóstico sobre los sistemas de seguridad existentes en las empresas fabricantes de Jean, se realizó un instrumentó compuesto de 24 preguntas, dirigida a gerentes o encargados de 36 empresas. El resultado de la investigación fue que las empresas si cuenta con algún tipo de sistema de seguridad, los tres elementos de seguridad principal son las cámaras, videovigilancia y el control de acceso, también los gerentes de las industrias consideran que si podrán controlar sus sistemas de seguridad mediante la utilización de herramientas tecnológicas, la implementación de estos sistemas brindará un mejor apoyo y control de seguridad, también permitirá un mejor rendimiento laboral de parte de los colaboradores ya que estos se sentirán protegidos en un excelente ambiente de trabajo. |

The methodology used were theoretical and empirical methods, where the general and specific aspects were split, while the historical process of the variables under study was also reviewed through a bibliographic, field and direct observation investigation, to obtain the diagnosis on In the existing security systems in the manufacturing companies of Jean, an instrument was made up of 24 questions, addressed to managers or managers of 36 companies. The result of the investigation was that if companies have any type of security system, the three main security elements are cameras, video surveillance and access control, also the managers of the industries consider that if they can control their security systems. security through the use of technological tools, the implementation of these systems will provide better support and safety control, will also allow a better work performance on the part of the collaborators since they will feel protected in an excellent work environment. |
