dc.description	RESUMEN EJECUTIVO El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal analizar las medidas de protección que tienen los niños, niñas y adolescentes, los mismos que se encuentran en el Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia ratificando lo que se encuentra plasmado en la Constitución de la Republica, partiendo de que los niños, niñas y adolescentes son sujetos de derechos velando así por los derechos irrenunciables de los menores y sobre todo protegiendo el interés superior del niño. En el inicio de la investigación se analiza las medidas de protección aplicadas en el ámbito internacional, los acuerdos a los cuales está suscrito el Ecuador, haciendo una investigación bibliográfica sobre el tema en los principales países donde se ha tenido un mayor avance en materia de los derechos de los menores esto es en los países de España y Chile. El análisis prosigue con los procesos terapéuticos familiares de identidad los mismos que son de suma importancia para poder evaluar si un niño, niña o adolescentes está apto para poder retornar a vivir con su familia biológica, estos procesos terapéuticos familiares de identidad no solamente deben ser aplicados a los menores que se encuentran en situación de riesgo sino también a los familiares donde va a vivir el menor, con el fin de que el menor tenga un desarrollo efectivo	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	ABSTRACT The main objective of this research work is to analyze the protection measures that children and adolescents have, which are found in the Code of Children and Adolescents, ratifying what is embodied in the Constitution of the Republic, starting with that children and adolescents are subjects of rights thus ensuring the inalienable rights of minors and, above all, protecting the best interests of the child. At the beginning of the investigation, the protection measures applied at the international level are analyzed, the agreements to which Ecuador is subscribed, doing a bibliographic investigation on the subject in the main countries where there has been a greater advance in the matter of rights of minors this is in the countries of Spain and Chile. The analysis continues with the family identity therapeutic processes which are of the utmost importance to be able to assess whether a child or adolescent is able to return to live with their biological family, these family identity therapeutic processes should not only be applied. to minors who are at risk but also to family members where the child will live, so that the child has an effective development	es_ES
