Abstract

The research work, with the theme: "THE ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DECENTRALIZED AUTONOMOUS GOVERNMENT MUNICIPALITY OF AMBATO AND THE LIFTING OF ILLEGAL BUILDINGS" implies a great diversity of anomalies in both the administrative body and the administration and Specifically because of the sanctions that have been imposed on users who do not comply with the administrative requirements requested by the decentralized Autonomous Government of the Municipality of Ambato that entails that people build their homes illegally, thus obfuscating the Ambato Territorial Planning Plan 2020, the norms established in the Organic Code of Territorial Organization Autonomy and Decentralization, the Construction norms by the managed ones that do not obtain to obtain the construction permits in a timely manner in the GADMA. The importance lies in establishing the causes, effects for which this type of contingencies are being developed, as well as the sanctions that are currently imposed on those who do not obtain construction permits or, if applicable, when they exceed the parameters or Which results from the aforementioned permit, which results in the municipal administration imposing too high pecuniary sanctions, even going so far as to order the demolition of buildings that lack such permits. Regularization in the city is necessary, as well as habitation and housing planning through the Territorial Planning Plan; Therefore, it is necessary that the administration socialize the requirements to the citizens in a better way, with the purpose of avoiding discomforts and guaranteeing the patrimonial rights of the citizens.
