Abstract

The objective of this entrepreneurial project is the creation of a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of linear furniture in melamine agglomerate, with the purpose of satisfying the existing needs in Cantón Píllaro. For this reason, this project has focused on building owners, civil engineers and architects, because they need linear furniture for homes, apartments and offices. In addition, a market study was carried out to identify the perception of the market in the face of entrepreneurship, where accurate and relevant information was obtained related to segmentation, sampling and collection of information that was used to classify the target market and the resources necessary for performance. Also each of the activities that contribute to the fulfillment of the established objectives. Likewise; a financial study was carried out to know the feasibility of the project obtaining positive results where the estimated recovery period of the investment will be in 2 years, 3 months with 18 days, in terms of the cost-benefit ratio it was considered that the company has a dollar with thirty-eight cents to support each dollar invested, the percentage of the yield available is twenty-one percent, where it was shown that the project is feasible. With this study it was possible to determine the feasibility of the project being a good investment alternative that has an assured market, which will contribute with employment and therefore improve the quality of life of the population.
