Abstract

This research aims to provide a solution to improve the quality of life by taking design basis and rehabilitation of areas in order to improve the function, aesthetics and impact to the business users. In the study of the problem is taken into account the exploratory, descriptive and social. Therefore the rehabilitation of indoor and outdoor abandoned and dilapidated DINADER the holiday camp in the area of the vineyards of the city of Ambato, for use by the community in 2016, spaces are established based on the issue that gives to know the community sector. For this an appropriate methodology to rehabilitate this space and to give a proper use for the population of the vineyards and visitors who pass through there, liberty them of insecurity and discomfort that entails an abandoned settlement is favored will be used, what which provides service worthy of stay and recreation.
