| dc.description | El trabajo investigativo tiene el propósito fundamental de responder al problema detectado el mismo que es: “El estancamiento de inventarios de la empresa MEGA AZULEJOS”, siendo uno de los puntos claves, pues al no poseer un sistema adecuado conlleva a un control empírico de las mercaderías, dando paso a que la gerencia tome decisiones equivocadas y los procesos sean poco fiables, la misma que conlleva a que la empresa enfrente un problema que le puede llevar al cese de sus actividades. Uno de los mecanismos necesarios que permita solucionar la problemática dentro de la empresa, es el desarrollo de un Sistema de Control de Inventarios el mismo que permita mejorar su rentabilidad ayudando a la sostenibilidad de la misma. El principal aporte de este trabajo, constituye en ayudar a promover el crecimiento empresarial de la empresa MEGA AZULEJOS, de la ciudad de Ambato, mediante un análisis minucioso con la finalidad de establecer procesos adecuados para el manejo de las mercaderías, organizando paso a paso el Sistema de Control de Inventarios, mismo que será de mucha ayuda para las tomas de decisiones que realice el Gerente General de la empresa. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The essential aim of this study is to respond to the detected problem which is: “the inventory standstill of the company MEGA AZULEJOS”, being one the key points since upon not having and adequate system, there is empirical control of the merchandise and this gives rise to the management making wrong decisions and the processes not being reliable, thus leading the company to face a problem that could cause them to terminate operation. One of the necessary mechanisms that make it possible to solve the problem in the company is the development of an inventory control system which will allow for the of this study is to help foster the business growth of the company MEGA AZULEJOS in the city of Ambato through a detailed analysis in order to establish adequate processes for the handling of merchandise, organizing the inventory control system step by step, which will be of great help for the general manager of the company to make decisions. | es_ES |
